Self-Expression and the Trap of Expectation

The "Trap of Expectation" is a mind-programming which serves to sabotage and suppress self-expression. In this vlog, you can witness it coming up in real-time and watch as I unconditionally open it up to show how this programming works exactly.

The trap of expectation suppresses and sabotages self-expression through creating mental projections of your expression, which cause a disconnect and a separation from your real expression. Your real self-expression exists in the physical reality, which actually cannot be defined or captured within thoughts and images in the mind. The physical reality is not something that can be projected into the future, because it exists always only in the moment. Whenever you're dealing with 'past' and 'future', you're dealing with mental projections and images in the mind.

The real issue with these mental projections and images of your expression in your mind however, is when they are accompanied with energy. In the Trap of Expectation, you'll find that there is excitement energy connected with the images and projections of your expression in your mind. What the excitement energy does is make it seem as though the projections in your mind are 'more' or 'better' than physical reality and so there is an expectation for your expression to 'live up to' the projections.

When it then comes to actually physically expressing yourself however, it quickly becomes clear that your real physical expression is not in alignment with the expectations in your mind. You realize that you most likely won't be able to do, achieve, accomplish or create what you had been projecting and expecting in your mind. The excitement turns into disappointment. You don't see the point in expressing yourself anymore.

So what is then the solution? What can you do to express yourself in this world without your expression being influenced by energy?

I'll be discussing these questions in my next vlog.
