What is Self-Movement?

self-movement is the constant physical movement of yourself within and as the physical body in every moment of breath. it is to deliberately, actively move yourself in every breath and to consider each action as a deliberate action. To not allow any action, any movement or any moment to pass or happen in unawareness but to be aware of the physical body in every moment of breath and to draw every breath within and as that awareness. to draw each breath in awareness, as a self-movement. every action is one and equal.

To not be lazy, as in to not give your power, your movement away to energy within and as the mind, but to 'labor' in every moment. Every moment is 'work', as in always deliberate, always with awareness and intent. Even when you sit down and watch a movie or take a bath  or lie down to sleep, you do it with awareness and purpose in every moment. There is no good or bad or positive or negative actions or movements as every movement is one and equal within and as awareness as self-movement. To the physical body, every action is one and equal as it's all just movement. Self-movement is to be aware of self as the body and to be aware of every moment as a physical movement.

It's to not allow movement to exist in the mind as thoughts and energy, like thoughts about what you will be doing in the future and whether you will enjoy it or not. Any movement at any point in time must be one and equal, not positively or negatively charged, but constant and continuous like breathing in and out, within awareness of each breath.
